Program Details

Angry Olive Consulting offers two types of coaching for the restaurant owner, restaurant leader, and line level restaurant teams.

Individual Coaching:

Everyone needs someone to lean on, to listen to them, to bounce ideas off of, to find the unlock for creative solutions to challenging problems.  You want to lead, you want to innovate, you want to create something brand new, and all you hear is the same-old, same-old.  Our industry is unlike any other.  It is really key to have that coach in your corner to help you when you get stuck.  We are not talking about my food cost is high, servers keep throwing away silverware, or my ticket average keeps dropping.  Those are consulting projects.  We are talking about how do you support yourself.  Where is the system for you to take a step back, explore yourself and improve personally in a way that carries over to professional excellence.

 

Angry Olive Consulting offers individual coaching and mentorship in the following way: 

  • Weekly sessions for 12 consecutive weeks

  • One hour per session of virtual video coaching

  • Slack guest account with Angry Olive Consulting and unlimited Slack messaging

  • A written "Personal Mission Statement"

  • The ability to renew on a rolling 4 week basis​

 

Group Coaching:

Color Code Interpersonal Skills Workshop: This workshop teaches how to increase interpersonal skills using the powerful Color Code theory.  We all have a Driving Core Motive, the “WHY” behind everything we do. That Core Motive is identified when workshop participants take the Color Code Personality Assessment. Most other popular tests and assessments strictly identify behavior and leave it at that. The Color Code goes beyond personality and enables participants to really understand WHY they think and behave as they do. 

 

The Color Code is easy to use and implement in any organization. In this workshop, participants are taught how to develop increased levels of self-awareness (the #1 key element for developing Emotional Intelligence skills); learn how to effectively understand and work with team members; improve communication skills; and be better prepared to create successful professional relationships. 

 

After completing the workshop, participants will:

  • Understand the four core personality types

  • Discover how to motivate others

  • Read people more easily and accurately

  • Identify strategies for communicating more effectively

  • Improve interpersonal relationships with others

  • Enhance overall business performance
